The following promotion is valid between 1 July 2016 and 31 December 2016 (inclusive) (Promotion Period).

Rent, lease or purchase any of the following Konica Minolta A3 Colour Multifunction Printers, in their pre-designated configurations,
from Konica Minolta under an eligible Finance Agreement: bizhub C227, bizhub C287, bizhub C258, bizhub C308, bizhub C368,
bizhub C454e, bizhub C554e and bizhub C654e (Eligible Models), and receive a discount off the standard price (Promotion).

The Promotion is only open to approved companies registered in Australia (Eligible Customers), for goods to be located in Australia.
The Promotion is not open to:

government entities (including all legally identified federal, state or local government organisations);
educational institutions; and
Konica Minolta major or contract account customers.

The ‘Trade-in’ is based on the customer directly replacing a competitor (non Konica Minolta branded) A3 multifunctional device with
an Eligible model. In this case, a discount will be automatically applied to the standard sale price of the KM MFD being purchased,
rented or leased. There is no limit on the total number of units under this offer however the trade-in discount will only apply to an equal
number of units as that being replaced. Any surplus units being purchased will be sold at the regularly listed price. KMEF’s normal credit
criteria and standard Finance Agreement terms and conditions apply. You should seek your own independent legal or accounting advice
before entering into any Finance Agreement to ensure that it is appropriate to your circumstances.

The Promotion is not available:

to employees, contractors, agents and their immediate family members of the Promoter;
in conjunction with any other special, discount or offer;
on refurbished or demonstration models;
on Services; or
items or equipment not listed as Eligible Models (for the avoidance of doubt, the bizhub C754e is not an Eligible Model).

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any purchaser who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached
these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct.

Konica Minolta Equipment Finance means Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia Pty Limited (ABN 50 001 065 096) in its own
right or as agent for an undisclosed principal as applicable.
